Marti L. Ingvardsen began her EMS career at Wharton EMS in 2010. 

Over the years, she has worked at Montgomery County Hospital District, East Bernard EMS, and Fort Bend EMS before accepting the position of Assistant Director at Colorado County EMS.

Marti also has experience in emergency management, disaster planning, public health preparedness and emergency response providing the best possible care for the community both operational and medical.
